TERMS OF USE

Last Updated: October 5, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website luxebeautyhealth.com and the services provided by LUXE BEAUTY HEALTH LLC (“Luxe Beauty Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, submitting a consultation request, communicating with us regarding medical or aesthetic services, or using our coordination services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. ABOUT LUXE BEAUTY HEALTH

Luxe Beauty Health is operated by LUXE BEAUTY HEALTH LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

We provide medical tourism, patient coordination, consultation assistance, and concierge services for international clients seeking medical, surgical, aesthetic, dental, wellness, and related services, primarily in South Korea.

Luxe Beauty Health helps clients communicate with independent hospitals, clinics, physicians, surgeons, dentists, aesthetic specialists, and other healthcare providers.

Luxe Beauty Health is not a hospital, clinic, medical practice, or healthcare provider.

We do not independently diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatment, perform medical procedures, or replace consultation with a licensed healthcare professional.

2. INDEPENDENT HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS

Hospitals, clinics, physicians, surgeons, dentists, and other healthcare professionals introduced or recommended through Luxe Beauty Health are independent healthcare providers.

They are not employees, agents, or representatives of LUXE BEAUTY HEALTH LLC unless expressly stated otherwise.

Healthcare providers are independently responsible for:

  • Medical examinations

  • Diagnoses

  • Treatment recommendations

  • Determining whether a patient is suitable for a procedure

  • Surgical and medical decisions

  • Informed consent

  • Medical procedures

  • Anesthesia

  • Prescriptions

  • Postoperative medical care

  • Medical records

  • Treatment outcomes

  • Management of complications

The final decision regarding whether a procedure can or should be performed belongs to the treating healthcare provider and the patient.

3. NO MEDICAL ADVICE

Information available on our website or communicated by our coordinators is provided for general informational and coordination purposes.

It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Information regarding procedures, expected recovery, potential results, treatment options, or other medical matters should not replace direct consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

Only the treating physician or healthcare provider can provide medical advice specific to your condition.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency medical services immediately.

4. PRELIMINARY ONLINE CONSULTATIONS

Luxe Beauty Health may assist you in obtaining preliminary recommendations from healthcare providers based on photographs, medical history, questionnaires, medical records, diagnostic images, or other information you submit.

These preliminary recommendations are not final medical diagnoses or treatment plans.

A recommendation, quotation, or treatment plan may change after:

  • An in-person examination

  • Medical testing

  • Diagnostic imaging

  • Review of additional medical history

  • Evaluation by the treating physician

  • Discovery of medical conditions not previously disclosed

A healthcare provider may refuse, postpone, modify, or cancel a planned procedure if they determine that proceeding would not be medically appropriate or safe.

5. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION PROVIDED BY CLIENTS

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when requesting a consultation or treatment.

This includes relevant information regarding:

  • Medical history

  • Existing medical conditions

  • Previous surgeries and procedures

  • Medications and supplements

  • Allergies

  • Smoking or nicotine use

  • Alcohol or substance use when medically relevant

  • Pregnancy

  • Previous complications

  • Infectious diseases or other conditions relevant to treatment

  • Other information requested by the treating healthcare provider

Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect treatment eligibility, safety, recommendations, pricing, or treatment outcomes.

Luxe Beauty Health is not responsible for consequences resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information supplied by a client.

6. PHOTOGRAPHS AND MEDICAL DOCUMENTS

You may be asked to provide photographs, videos, medical records, test results, or other information so that healthcare providers can evaluate your request.

By voluntarily submitting such materials for a consultation, you authorize Luxe Beauty Health to transmit them to appropriate healthcare providers for purposes related to your consultation and treatment coordination.

Submitting photographs for consultation purposes does not constitute permission for their public, promotional, advertising, or social media use.

Any separate use of patient photographs for marketing or promotional purposes requires appropriate authorization where applicable.

Our handling of personal information is further described in our Privacy Policy.

7. PRICES AND QUOTATIONS

Prices displayed on our website or communicated before a medical evaluation may be estimates.

Treatment quotations may be based on photographs, information provided by the client, or preliminary evaluation by a healthcare provider.

Final pricing may change following an in-person consultation if the healthcare provider determines that:

  • Additional procedures are required

  • The planned procedure should be modified

  • The complexity of the case differs from the preliminary assessment

  • Additional medical tests or treatment are necessary

  • Different implants, materials, medications, or techniques are required

  • Previously undisclosed medical or surgical history affects treatment

Any material changes should be explained before treatment whenever reasonably possible.

Prices may be quoted in Korean won, U.S. dollars, or another currency. Exchange-rate fluctuations may affect the amount ultimately paid when currencies are converted.

8. DEPOSITS AND RESERVATIONS

Certain clinics, hospitals, or providers may require a deposit to reserve a consultation, procedure, operating room, surgeon, or treatment date.

The amount, payment method, refundability, cancellation policy, and other conditions applicable to a deposit may vary by healthcare provider.

Before making a deposit, clients should review the applicable payment and cancellation conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, payment of a deposit does not guarantee that a medical procedure will ultimately be performed.

A procedure may still be modified, postponed, or cancelled if the treating healthcare provider determines that proceeding is medically inappropriate or unsafe.

9. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the clinic, hospital, healthcare provider, hotel, transportation provider, or other service involved.

Third-party cancellation and refund policies are determined by those providers.

Certain deposits, booking fees, medical tests, medications, customized medical products, implants, accommodation bookings, transportation services, or other expenses may be non-refundable.

Clients are responsible for reviewing applicable cancellation conditions before confirming a service.

Where Luxe Beauty Health collects a fee directly for its own services, any applicable cancellation or refund terms communicated at the time of booking will apply.

10. MEDICAL RESULTS AND RISKS

All medical and surgical procedures involve risks.

Potential complications may include infection, bleeding, scarring, asymmetry, anesthesia-related complications, delayed healing, dissatisfaction with aesthetic results, need for revision treatment, and other known or unforeseen complications.

Specific risks vary depending on the procedure and patient.

These risks must be discussed directly with the treating healthcare provider before treatment.

Luxe Beauty Health does not guarantee any particular medical or aesthetic result.

Before-and-after photographs, testimonials, physician recommendations, website images, computer simulations, or descriptions of expected results are illustrative and do not guarantee that another patient will achieve the same outcome.

Individual results vary.

11. REVISION PROCEDURES AND COMPLICATIONS

If a complication occurs or a client is dissatisfied with a treatment outcome, any decision regarding additional treatment, revision surgery, corrective procedures, or refunds is primarily determined by the treating healthcare provider and its applicable policies.

Luxe Beauty Health may assist with communication between the client and healthcare provider but cannot independently require a healthcare provider to perform revision treatment, issue a refund, or provide compensation.

Additional expenses associated with complications or revision treatment may include medical care, medications, hospital stays, travel, accommodation, transportation, or extended stays in South Korea.

Responsibility for such expenses depends on the circumstances and the policies of the treating healthcare provider.

12. TRAVEL RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have:

  • A valid passport

  • Any required visa or travel authorization

  • Appropriate travel documentation

  • Sufficient time in South Korea for consultation, treatment, and recovery

  • Appropriate travel insurance when desired

  • Appropriate medical or travel arrangements for their individual circumstances

Visa approval and entry into South Korea are determined by government authorities.

Luxe Beauty Health cannot guarantee issuance of a visa, travel authorization, entry permission, or immigration approval.

13. TRAVEL AND RECOVERY AFTER TREATMENT

Clients should follow the treating physician’s instructions regarding postoperative recovery and travel.

Medical procedures may temporarily restrict flying, driving, exercise, work, alcohol consumption, smoking, or other activities.

Clients should not schedule return travel contrary to their physician’s recommendations.

If a healthcare provider recommends extending your stay for medical reasons, additional accommodation, transportation, flight-change, and other travel expenses may be the client’s responsibility.

14. CONCIERGE AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Luxe Beauty Health may assist with services such as:

  • Airport transfers

  • Private transportation

  • Interpretation

  • Accommodation

  • Restaurant recommendations

  • Shopping recommendations

  • Local assistance

  • Other concierge services

Some of these services may be provided by independent third parties.

Hotels, airlines, transportation companies, restaurants, interpreters, and other third-party providers are independently responsible for their own services.

Luxe Beauty Health is not responsible for events outside our reasonable control involving independent third-party providers.

15. ELIGIBILITY AND MINORS

Our website is primarily intended for adults.

By independently requesting services through our website, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement.

Medical services for a minor must be requested or authorized by a parent, legal guardian, or other person legally authorized to act on the minor’s behalf.

Healthcare providers may require additional consent or documentation before treating a minor.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LUXE BEAUTY HEALTH LLC is not responsible for medical acts, omissions, diagnoses, treatment decisions, procedures, complications, or treatment outcomes arising from services independently provided by healthcare professionals or healthcare institutions.

Luxe Beauty Health is also not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including airline disruptions, immigration decisions, natural disasters, governmental restrictions, telecommunications failures, or actions of independent third-party providers.
